Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, including prospecting and cold calling.
- Design and execute targeted search strategies to uncover top talent in accounting and human resources, ensuring candidates possess the requisite skills to meet client needs.
- Conduct interviews and maintain open lines of communication with candidates throughout the placement process.
- Foster strong candidate relationships with a focus on long-term engagement.
- Perform reference and background checks as required by clients.
Client Service
- Work closely with clients to accurately assess and define their hiring requirements.
- Stay informed about hiring trends within the industry to maintain expertise.
- Assist clients with placement and onboarding processes.

Brand Development
- Provide exemplary recruitment services to both clients and candidates.
- Engage in professional and community organizations to expand your professional network.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of two years of professional experience, ideally in management, accounting, sales, or recruiting.
