Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, including prospecting and cold calling.

  • Conduct interviews and maintain open lines of communication with candidates throughout the placement process.

Client Service

  • Work closely with clients to accurately assess and define their hiring requirements.
  • Stay informed about hiring trends within the industry to maintain expertise.

Brand Development

  • Provide exemplary recruitment services to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience, ideally in management, accounting, sales, or recruiting.
