Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Chandra Technologies, Inc. This role is a Full-Time position that requires a proactive approach in a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate high motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for this position, which also demands consistent and regular attendance.

The IT Talent Acquisition Specialist will engage in all facets of the recruitment process, including managing the hiring requisition workflow, tracking candidate information, and overseeing the selection and onboarding of new employees and consultants. This role also involves handling confidential candidate data, coordinating background checks, posting job requisitions on various platforms, and preparing reports for management. Additionally, the Specialist will schedule interviews with candidates and clients.

This fast-paced role requires sound judgment to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and consultants both orally and in writing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills relevant to recruitment tasks.
  • Prioritize assignments and adapt to changing daily tasks as needed.
  • Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to fulfill client needs.
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates and an internal database of qualified consultants.
  • Consult with hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of client requirements and enhance service delivery.
  • Format client requirements for IT consultants and post them on job boards according to company standards.
  • Prepare and submit consultant profiles in alignment with client specifications.
  • Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and consultants.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possess a solid understanding of recruitment principles.

Required Skills:

  • Experience as a Recruiter.
  • Prior HR/Recruiting experience in the Information Technology sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Flexibility to assist in various areas of the recruitment process.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources is required.
