  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including inventory and payroll documentation.
  • Supply Management: Order necessary food and supplies from approved vendors.
  • Sanitation Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Staff Development: Participate in the hiring and orientation of new employees, ensuring they receive proper training.
