Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance, including planning meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and support office activities and operations as needed.
- Accounting Tasks:
- Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare scheduled financial, sales, and commission reports.
- Send out monthly statements and contact past due accounts.
- Operations Support:
- Assist in purchasing, receiving, and inventory tasks.
- Support e-commerce activities, product listing, and report gathering of tracked KPIs.
- Support marketing activities, such as trade show organization and showroom preparation for customer visits.
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices, including proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach and strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Other: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
