Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Senior Executive Assistant to CEO for a Corporate Healthcare Organization with an office in Riverdale, Bronx, NY. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in professional corporate environments with the ability to seamlessly complete calendar, messaging, event coordination, administrative tasks, project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Must have professional administrative and clerical skills, ability to create and present presentations in front of large groups of people and proven abilities to support the CEO in such tasks even in their absence. Background in corporate or health care setting preferred, superior computer skills, preferred.

Senior Executive Assistant to CEO

Highly organized and skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide essential support to the President & CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President & CEO, managing their calendar and communication.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments, board members, and the outside community.
  • Attend meetings as a representative of the President & CEO and take minutes as required.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, scanning, and phone communications.
  • Handle matters related to the Board of Directors, including maintaining contact lists and preparing materials for meetings.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card statements and verify time cards through the Kronos Payroll System.
  • Coordinate scheduling and arrangements for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including registrations, itineraries, and car services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant in a healthcare or corporate setting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex documents, including financial and legal reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to sensitive inquiries effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with a solid understanding of basic algebra and geometry.

Competitive Salary $112,000 - $118,000 DOE, plus excellent Benefits
