At McGarrah Jessee, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our performance marketing efforts. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for the evolving media and technology landscape.

This individual will collaborate with our team to develop digital solutions and make recommendations with compelling logic and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be responsible for building custom media plans and presenting them to clients on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities include managing performance media campaigns across multiple channels, such as paid search, e-comm, social, and emerging platforms. Experience with location-based services and retail experience is a plus.

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in performance marketing channels, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities include serving as an expert and thought leader on performance media planning/buying best practices, overseeing the planning, development, purchase, and execution of all performance-based strategies, and possessing extensive knowledge of the advertising industry's infrastructure and systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and online media planning/buying across various channels, with strong experience in running Google channels and understanding best practices to deliver growth across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and UAC.

Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, and media software, planning tools, and research platforms is a must. The ability to work autonomously and proactively engage team members to get support when needed is also essential.

This is a remote position that requires exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills, with experience in building decks and presentations rooted in data insights to highlight key takeaways and guide optimizations.
