About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Loan Operations Analyst to join our Lender Support team at First Horizon Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex loan-related issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve complex loan-related issues, including reviewing loan documentation and system data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective loan operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other business partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, applying knowledge to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in loan operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
