We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loan Operations Senior Processor to join our Lender Support group (LenderLink). This role will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex issues related to Consumer and Commercial Lending portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze questions or issues on Consumer and Commercial Loans products received through our system.
- Review Loan documentation for system accuracy and analyze Consumer and Commercial system data.
- Help monitor and manage group SLA and compliance.
- Demonstrates leadership ability and effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage positive working relationships across the organization and manage multiple issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and determine the root cause of an issue.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Prefer a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
- Prefer 5 years banking experience in either consumer or commercial lending operations or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
