About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loan Operations Specialist to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a Senior Account Servicing Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting all lines of business by booking and servicing new and existing loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Setup and Maintenance: Set up loan and line of credit accounts on our servicing systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Account Maintenance: Perform various types of maintenance on accounts, including consumer and commercial loans and lines of credit.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with policy and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and accuracy.
  • Professional Image: Present a professional image at all times, representing First Horizon Bank with excellence.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a strong understanding of loan documents, procedures, policies, and regulations. Familiarity with loan servicing systems, such as ALS or First Data, is a plus.
  • Abilities: Handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision. Maintain a positive working relationship with internal business partners and teammates.
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3 or more years of work experience, preferably in the financial services industry, loan servicing.
