About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loan Operations Senior Processor to join our Lender Support team at First Horizon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex loan-related issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve complex loan-related issues, including reviewing loan documentation and system data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and manage group Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the organization.
Requirements
  • Leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues in a timely manner and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience and 5 years of banking experience in consumer or commercial lending operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of federal lending requirements and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer or commercial loans, with a preference for both.
  • College degree and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
