Role Summary: The Clinical Supervisor oversees and leads all clinical staff members. This position is accountable for ensuring high performance levels by delivering clinical oversight, education, and training to the team. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that all clinical documentation adheres to state and federal regulations as well as Aegis Treatment Centers' policies. This role requires the ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision, alongside a thorough understanding of the organization's policies and procedures, including adherence to disciplinary and grievance protocols.

Compensation Range:

  • $66,750 to $76,960

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance of the clinical program with CARF and all applicable state, federal, and local regulations.
  • Assess the clinical needs of the organization and design appropriate training programs to address these needs.
  • Provide supervision and facilitate clinical oversight for clinical staff.
  • Guarantee timely and accurate documentation of treatment services through regular record reviews.
  • Deliver presentations in seminars and facilitate individual and group counseling as necessary.
  • Assist professional staff in resolving programmatic and treatment challenges, supervise personnel providing counseling services, and support the planning of individual treatment programs.
  • Encourage ongoing professional development for assigned staff, reviewing individual development goals and progress.
  • Regularly monitor all clinical program areas to evaluate performance and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information to protect patient rights.
  • Foster positive relationships with medical professionals, referral sources, and other health-related organizations.
  • Evaluate participant needs through surveys and meetings to ensure consistent, quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with other leadership team members and provide updates on clinical team and program matters.
  • Maintain a caseload as needed for operational purposes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Duties:

  • This position provides oversight to team members.

  • Administrative supervision
  • Group supervision
  • Clinical supervision

Qualifications:

  • Licensure and/or certification in the state of employment.
  • Compliance with continuing education requirements as determined by relevant regulatory agencies.
  • Knowledge and skills related to:
  • Patient evaluation, treatment planning, and counseling services.
  • Substance use, abuse, and treatment methodologies.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
