Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and collaborating with a close-knit team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff development, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Implementing and assessing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Providing guidance and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and a current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California.
- At least two years of staff RN experience in a neuroscience ICU setting, providing a full spectrum of care in a variety of situations.
- May substitute two years of supervisory experience in lieu of two years of staff RN experience.
- BLS certification and any other certifications required for the unit.
