Role Summary: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding all clinical staff members. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring high performance levels by providing clinical oversight, education, and training. The Clinical Supervisor is tasked with ensuring that all clinical documentation adheres to state and federal regulations as well as Aegis Treatment Centers' policies. This role requires the ability to work autonomously and a comprehensive understanding of the organization's policies and procedures, including adherence to disciplinary and grievance protocols.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $66,750 to $76,960

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance of the clinical program with relevant accreditation standards and all applicable regulations.
  • Assess the clinical needs of the organization and develop training programs to address those needs.
  • Provide supervision and facilitate clinical oversight for clinical staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of treatment services through regular audits of records.
  • Deliver presentations in seminars and facilitate individual and group counseling as required.
  • Assist staff in resolving treatment-related challenges and supervise personnel providing counseling services.
  • Support the ongoing professional development of clinical staff, reviewing individual goals and progress.
  • Regularly monitor all clinical program areas to evaluate performance and address any issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information to uphold patient rights.
  • Foster positive relationships with medical professionals, referral sources, and other health-related organizations.
  • Evaluate participant needs through surveys and meetings to ensure quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and provide updates on clinical team matters.
  • Maintain a caseload as necessary for operational purposes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Duties:
