**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive sales professional to join our US Business Development team. As an advisor on sustainability, you will work closely with Business Development Managers to prospect new clients and generate qualified opportunities. In this role, you will leverage your excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with new people to build relationships with potential customers and promote our sustainability solutions.

**Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement sales plans in conjunction with BDMs
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
* Build and engage with prospecting lists across various channels, including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Conduct research to understand the needs of potential customers and develop targeted solutions
* Communicate effectively with the sales team and wider business to ensure alignment and coordination

**Requirements**
* 1-2 years' experience in sales or a related field
* Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement platforms
