Salary: $85,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus quarterly sales incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our Commercial Refurbishment Sealing & Bonding team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities and driving sales growth by delivering exceptional service and crafting detailed specifications for our valued distributors, contractors, and specifiers.

Your efforts will help shape the future of construction and infrastructure, making a tangible impact on the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales goals
  • Proven ability to drive sales success, including meeting or exceeding targets
  • Background in the construction industry or related field, with a willingness to learn and grow within the sector
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively implement action plans
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for the role

What You'll Do:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets within an assigned discount or profit goal, contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Promote Sika Products: Promote Sika products by continuing to develop engineering specifications and contractor applications, fostering long-term relationships and growth
  • Maximize Territory Coverage: Ensure comprehensive geographical coverage of the assigned territory through an effective and efficient account management system
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Maintain a strong understanding of current product offerings and market applications, staying ahead of industry trends
