The Opportunity
Pursue a senior-level position as a Senior Business Development Professional with Paycor, Inc. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive growth and profitability in assigned territories.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets
- Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction

Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $115,000 per annum, based on your relevant experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus or commission. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a flexible virtual-first work philosophy, initial equity award in Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and ongoing award opportunities. Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 3-6 years of consultative, B2B sales experience and a proven track record of success. You will excel in a fast-paced work environment, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have a strong mathematical aptitude.
