Regional Sales Representative

OnIt Athlete is a dynamic and innovative fully licensed NIL collegiate trading card company. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through prospecting and networking with enthusiasts, card shops, trade shows, and sporting events. You will build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. You will present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients effectively. You will achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities. You will collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction. You will stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. We offer a competitive commission structure, bonuses, and incentives for achieving and surpassing targets. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure our sales representatives have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Our team-oriented environment encourages collaboration and personal growth. Sales associates will be equipped with demo product, sample kits, company apparel, and POS devices.
