Job Summary

The Regional Sales Representative is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the industrial market. This position requires a strong consultative approach, with a focus on building relationships with end-users and distributors to increase product market share and new product sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Territory Management: Responsible for total sales of assigned product segment and SKUs within a defined territory.
  • Distributor Partnerships: Develop and execute strategic plans to partner with distributors, driving organic revenue growth and increasing top-of-mind behavior.
  • End-User Engagement: Identify product conversion opportunities, engage in product trials, and negotiate commercial terms to drive sales growth.
  • Administrative Tasks: Communicate financial results, strategic intent, and other necessary information within the business. Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) for documentation, including funnel/pipeline management, contract management, and sales campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of two to five years' experience in sales in a manufacturing environment.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual, with proficiency in Spanish.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills, with experience in conducting sales/product training and formulating successful sales strategies.
