Role Responsibilities

The Production Assembly Technician II is essential in maintaining the operational efficiency of our manufacturing facility. This position encompasses the setup of machinery, optimization of production processes, and execution of quality assurance checks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring safe and effective assembly operations
  • Executing intricate machine setups and conducting quality assessments
  • Performing maintenance on assembly equipment
  • Identifying areas for process enhancement
  • Participating in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) evaluations
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Documenting quality inspection outcomes
  • Verifying that products adhere to specifications
  • Recognizing and addressing safety and quality concerns
  • Generating improvement suggestions
  • Facilitating timely product delivery
  • Conducting machine diagnostics
  • Supporting ongoing improvement efforts
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned

Candidate Qualifications

  • Fundamental skills in shop mathematics and computer usage
  • Proficiency in machine troubleshooting
  • Willingness to engage with cross-functional teams
  • Capability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Analytical abilities and data interpretation skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business requirements
