Position Overview

Commercial HVAC/R Technician - Attractive relocation bonus available.

Compensation: $24-48/hr (Annual Salary: $50,000-$100,000)

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9-hour shifts; Friday is a 4-hour day. On-call duty required one weekend per month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems (e.g., Walk-In/Reach-In Coolers, Self-Contained Units, Split Systems, etc.)
  • Maintain clear communication regarding repair status with customers and branch personnel.
  • Complete service calls efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage truck inventory to ensure necessary parts are available.
  • Fulfill reasonable on-call obligations.
  • Coordinate with the branch office for parts procurement.
Qualifications

We are looking for skilled technicians with a background in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing commercial HVAC/R systems.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • EPA Universal certification (or EPA I & II) is mandatory. Candidates must possess their own hand tools.
