At JAMES EDWARD & COMPANIES GROUP, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced On Premise Account Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing sales, ensuring proper inventory management, and building strong relationships with on-premise accounts such as bars, restaurants, and other establishments.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain proper inventory levels to prevent out-of-stocks and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of promotional and price changes to customers.
- Meet or exceed distribution goals and maintain distribution levels on all core packages for on-premise accounts.
- Inspect and maintain display standards in all accounts according to on-premise standards.
- Communicate effectively with route drivers, helpers, and merchandisers to ensure daily activities are followed according to procedure.
- Experience in the beverage industry and knowledge of TABC regulations and laws.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
