Technical Support Specialist II

As a Service Desk Specialist II at ISHPI Information Technologies, Inc., you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and systems through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve computer software and hardware problems, acting as a contact for users experiencing difficulties with computer software, hardware, and operating systems. You will also serve as an escalation path for resolving moderate to highly complex technical issues, specializing in certain aspects of technologies to assist the customer base. Additionally, you will provide support for call overflow during peak times or reduced staff during off-peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and systems through phone, email, or chat.
Resolve computer software and hardware problems of users, and act as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems.
Serve as an escalation path to resolve moderate to highly complex technical issues.
Specialize in certain aspects of technologies to assist the customer base.
Provide support for call overflow during peak times or reduced staff during off-peak hours.
Requirements:
Accredited Bachelors' degree with four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
IAT Level II (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, CND or SSCP) certification.
U.S. Citizenship and an active security clearance are required.
