Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist at Stefanini Group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients in a corporate environment. This role requires a strong emphasis on supporting Mac OS, Windows 7, and Windows 10, as well as troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCs.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows devices
Provide technical support for desktop/laptop tech support (Mac and PC)
Maintain system configurations and documentation
Track and resolve customer incidents and requests through the client's ticketing tool
Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, etc.
IMAC Support - IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change
Maintain repairs, spare parts, and components
Research and troubleshoot problems
Requirements
2+ years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Mac OS, Windows 7 and Windows 10
Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCs
Experience using Active Directory
Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2016 including MS Teams, Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) and the Outlook 2016 client
Experience troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues
Quality Customer Service skills
VPN experience
Experience with basic hardware printer support
Experience with Symantec productions including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, FileVault, SCCM, and RDP
