Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Trachte, LLC. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory by overseeing movement to and from the stockroom and all inventory transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Accuracy: Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels.
- Metrics and Reporting: Provide accurate cycle count metrics to company leaders and meet or exceed cycle count objectives and KPIs each week/month.
- Variance Reconciliation: Perform and assist with variance reconciliation and correction transactions to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Inventory Optimization: Identify inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend improvements to cross-functional teams to achieve high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Location Aging Reports: Monitor location aging reports and provide feedback to the team to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Racking and Labeling: Identify racking and labeling discrepancies and proactively correct issues to maintain a well-organized and efficient inventory system.
- Cycle Count Program: Capable of executing a cycle count program to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates analytical and detail-oriented skills to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately.
- Teamwork and Communication: Team-oriented and able to work well with all levels of personnel from senior management to hourly associates, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accuracy and Quality: Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and quality awareness in all aspects of inventory management.
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 1 year experience in Warehousing/Inventory Control.
