Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Systems Administrator to join our team at Mercyhealth. As a key stakeholder in our Supply Chain areas, you will work closely with leadership to optimize system performance, demonstrate domain knowledge, and analyze data to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the IS partner supporting Supply Chain areas in Workday, including procurement, inventory, and strategic sourcing.
  • Provide consultation to SCM partners, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, and providing solutions and impact analysis.
  • Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday.
  • Configure, test, validate, and implement business process changes in Workday.
  • Lead efforts in tracking issues and resolutions, identifying situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Analyze and assess technical issues (Desktop, Network, Application, Other).
  • Understand and follow defined technical standards, security, and data privacy standards, and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities.
  • Support testing of integrations, security, and annual events.
  • Maintain master data values in Workday across areas of responsibility.
  • Provide input and knowledge sharing with analyst lead, IS partners, and Workday team members as appropriate.
  • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen.

Requirements
  • Prior functional Supply Chain system experience, 1-2 years is preferred.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain operations and experience in inventory and supplier data management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal customers, cross-functional colleagues, and IT.
  • Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the business needs to develop solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
