Position Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the manager with daily planning and overseeing the overall operations related to delivery and return orders. This position requires close collaboration with warehouse personnel to provide guidance on managing returns from storage locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all return shipments on a daily basis.
  • Analyze and process daily return reports and proof of delivery documentation.
  • Organize the return area to ensure each shipment is easily identifiable.
  • Prioritize shipments for loading to maximize trailer capacity.
  • Coordinate trailer drop-offs and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations.
  • Engage with relevant corporate personnel across various levels.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries as they arise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with a strong focus on detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks independently.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary for this position is $22.00. This range may be adjusted based on market conditions and other factors. The company will discuss the final salary with selected candidates in accordance with applicable laws.
