Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all lending regulations and policies while preparing loan documentation
  • Guide clients in selecting the most suitable mortgage options based on their needs
  • Document the loan process from initiation to approval within our system
  • Gather and verify essential financial documents, including credit reports, to complete mortgage applications and assess creditworthiness
  • Act as a communication bridge between applicants, mortgage brokers, loan officers, real estate agents, and underwriting teams to facilitate loan approvals

What You Will Be Engaged In:

  • Delivering exceptional service to our clients
  • Updating clients on loan conditions and statuses through phone or video communication
  • Acquiring knowledge of investor guidelines, lending policies, and the documentation required by Madison Mortgage Services
  • Utilizing analytical skills to provide effective underwriting alternatives
  • Enhancing computer proficiency, including internet skills
  • Managing multiple tasks while building strong client relationships
Qualifications:
  • Experience in mortgage lending and loan processing is essential, particularly with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing is required
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong analytical and time management abilities, is crucial
