As a Community Association Attorney, your primary duties will include:

Providing expert legal advice to community associations on various legal matters, including governance, compliance, risk management, and conflict resolution.
2.Analyzing and interpreting governing documents, contracts, and other legal materials related to community associations.
3.Representing community associations in legal proceedings such as litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
4.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements on behalf of community associations.

6.Staying informed about legislative and regulatory developments affecting community associations and offering proactive legal guidance.
7.Providing training and educational resources to community association board members and management regarding legal matters.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Florida state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in community association law or a related area.
4. Proven experience in addressing and resolving community association issues.
5. Strong skills in litigation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
6. Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
7. Capability to interpret and apply complex legal statutes and regulations.
8. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal professionals.
