Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate law, with a strong background in contract negotiation and review

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management and external partners
  • ABA-accredited law degree and admission to the Bar in one or more states
