Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources/Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at United & Empowered Care. This full-time position will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our HR operations, as well as providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review all monthly paperwork for client files, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare reports on missing or incomplete documentation and assist with file audits and purging
  • Perform data entry and create spreadsheets to track and analyze HR data
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of client data
  • Assist with training and certification in CPR/First Aid and complete a criminal history and child registry background check
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and professional with excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Power Point, Excel, One Note, Teams, Zoom, and DocuSign
  • Valid Driver's License and 2 years of administrative/quality assurance experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some college and/or experience in Quality Assurance work
