As a Medical Laboratory Technician 2 in the Customer Service Center, you will play a vital role in managing clinical and anatomical laboratory inquiries via telephone. Your expertise in laboratory practices combined with exceptional customer service skills will enable you to provide accurate and timely support to callers, utilizing various software applications to monitor and resolve inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the enhancement of Laboratory Contact Center operations.
- Exhibit proficiency in operating the Contact Center ACD phone system and associated software.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Position Shift:
This is a full-time role situated at the Customer Service Center, working the 3rd shift from Monday to Friday, with weekend and holiday rotations every third shift. Candidates will be considered for certification within a specified timeframe.
