Job Overview:
The primary objective is to manage tasks and follow-up actions related to invoicing processes in a timely manner.
This role supports the Sales Team and Department Head by facilitating the preparation of sales documentation, invoice submissions, and payment tracking.

Key Responsibilities:


The main duty is to work closely with the Sales Team and other departments to ensure efficient processing of invoicing and payment follow-up activities.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to gather material delivery information.
Engage with clients for Goods Receipt (GR) confirmation.
Coordinate with the Finance department to secure invoices and ensure timely submission to clients.
Maintain regular updates and tracking of Ageing Receivables (AR) reports from the Finance team.
Assist the Sales Team in developing cost sheets, preparing commercial proposals, and managing invoicing tasks.
Generate and maintain reports and records as required by management.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with the Sales Team to ensure prompt order processing.
Support the Sales Team, Manager, and Department Head in all sales-related initiatives.
