Compensation
Salary range: $64,000 - $150,000+ (Base salary plus uncapped commission)

Key Responsibilities
As a Heavy Equipment Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Deeply engage with the Newconcord Oh brand and various construction equipment lines to become a knowledgeable advocate.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with construction equipment buyers and potential clients in your area, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Quickly develop expertise in heavy equipment sales to effectively communicate the advantages of purchasing from our dealership.
  • Manage and nurture your client portfolio, keeping them informed about new promotions and addressing their unique equipment needs.
  • Act as a reliable resource for customers, providing prompt answers to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities by potentially overseeing sales pipelines for neighboring markets.
  • Innovate and implement new sales strategies to expand your business and enhance the company's market presence.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are motivated by our mission to transform the industry. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the construction sector.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Familiarity with the rental or construction equipment industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • The capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
