Leadership Development Program Associate

To support our growth, we have created the Leadership Development Program to identify and train the next generation of business leaders and managers.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Leadership Development Program Associate, you will work closely with our community teams to learn about sales, customer service, budgeting, pricing, financial forecasting, maintenance, and general management skills necessary to run a multi-million dollar business. You will have the opportunity to shadow our Leasing Consultants, Assistant Community Managers, and Community Managers to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong interest in property management and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
