About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Campus Pastor to join our team at BRAVE Church. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and growing our campuses, pastoring our people, and leading our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership Development: Develop and implement strategies to build and grow our leadership teams, including identifying and developing emerging leaders.
  • Community Building: Foster a sense of community among our campus members, including building meaningful relationships, caring for people, and helping them realize their full potential.
  • Spiritual Growth: Provide spiritual guidance and support to our campus members, including preaching, teaching, and discipleship.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage our campus teams, including administrative assistants and support staff, team coordinators, and leaders.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our campus members, including presenting vision, leading by serving, and delegating tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including developing and implementing strategies for growth and development.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a heart of a servant and a strong sense of loyalty.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present vision, lead by serving, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Spiritual Maturity: A strong spiritual foundation, with a deep understanding of the Bible and a passion for spiritual growth and development.
Working Relationships
  • BRAVE Church Staff: Collaborate with BRAVE Church staff, including Pastor Justin Hart and other campus pastors.
  • Local Leaders: Build relationships with local leaders, including city leaders and vendors.
