Leadership Development Program Overview

At Griffis Residential, we are committed to fostering growth and development within our organization. Our Leadership Development Program is designed to identify and train the next generation of business leaders and managers. This 12-month program provides a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

As a Leadership Development Associate, you will work closely with our community teams to answer inquiries and manage resident accounts. You will also have the opportunity to shadow Leasing Consultants, Assistant Community Managers, and Community Managers to learn about sales, customer service, budgeting, pricing, financial forecasting, maintenance, and general management skills. Additionally, you will handle day-to-day office tasks, provide support with special projects, and assist with apartment management operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong ability to communicate effectively with others, prioritize multiple tasks, and demonstrate a commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, business, or operations, is preferred. Previous work experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or property management is also beneficial. You must have reliable transportation and be willing to relocate to any Griffis Residential community at the conclusion of the program.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00.
