Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop relationships with retailers to distribute Cariloha's luxurious bedding products.
  • Recommend and structure territory sales programs to increase business opportunities.
  • Closing deals with retailers and ensuring their success.
  • Develop and execute territory-level action plans to increase sales of Cariloha bedding and grow market share.
  • Coordinate and lead training events for retail sales associates.
  • Effectively communicate product promotions, events, and new product launches.
  • Share best practices and strategies to maximize brand performance.
  • Facilitate and lead retailer Top Management partnership meetings.
  • Establish sales objectives and create territory sales plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on key tasks and activities.
  • Prioritize store visit activities to maximize impact and increase advocacy.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers at key retailers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with at least 2 years of training and/or retail selling experience.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Demonstrate a track record of successful partner relationships.
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Expert in MS Office (Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory (50%).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, there are opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on meeting specific target goals and qualifications.
