Job Title: Director of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Solstice Senior Living at Sandy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving occupancy growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and organizations
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve census goals and motivate staff to participate in reaching these goals
  • Coordinate all aspects of the move-in process to ensure a seamless experience for our residents
  • Participate in various community activities, organizations, and professional groups to promote our community and build our reputation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a sales and marketing role
  • Previous experience with Senior Living Community Sales and Marketing is preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of success in closing sales
  • An enthusiastic, flexible, and energetic people person with the ability to manage diverse personalities and project care and professionalism in all work-related situations
