Position Summary
Are you a proactive individual with a friendly demeanor and a commitment to customer satisfaction? We are looking for a Cashier/Receptionist who possesses outstanding customer service abilities and a positive outlook.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

  • Manage incoming calls to the dealership, assess the nature of inquiries, and guide callers to the appropriate departments.
  • Utilize basic accounting skills and have a foundational understanding of routine accounting processes related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Answer dealership group phones, warmly greet customers and prospects.
  • Direct customers to the right department, inform the relevant personnel of customer arrivals, and introduce clients to sales representatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and other internal teams.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Prepare memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
