Position Summary
Are you an enthusiastic individual with a knack for customer satisfaction? We are looking for a Receptionist/Cashier who possesses exceptional customer service abilities and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls to the dealership, assess the nature of inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
- Perform basic accounting tasks and maintain knowledge of routine financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable.
- Answer dealership group phones and warmly greet customers and prospects.
- Guide customers to the appropriate department, inform relevant personnel of customer arrivals, and introduce clients to sales staff.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and internal teams.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Prepare memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong listening and communication skills with an outgoing and positive demeanor.
- Punctual and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Professional appearance and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
