About the Role:

The TDC Group is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. This dynamic position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively anticipate the executive's needs through analysis of schedule, key projects, and upcoming events.
  • Manage the executive's calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the executive's calendars are organized and meetings are prioritized, ensuring the calendar is optimized, and manage any conflicts or changes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive, including drafting and editing emails, and other correspondence, as well as answering phone calls and screening inquiries.

Project Support:

  • Leverage tools and software to streamline tasks and support the executive's operations.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, correspondence, documents, organizational charts, and other data using various resources and software applications.
  • Manage project timelines and act as a liaison for the executive by following up on pending tasks, coordinating necessary meeting materials, handling logistics, and ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.

Relationship Management/Situational Awareness:

  • Provide superior customer services, as the initial point of contact for the supporting executive.
  • Serve as a conduit between executive internal/external stakeholders demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality, and tact.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of policies, practices, critical initiatives, and other items impacting executives.

Technical Knowledge and Professional Development:

  • Complete any training required to maintain or advance the skills set necessary to achieve professional, department, or company goals.

Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Assist with a variety of department and company-wide projects including department research, surveys, and department audits.
  • Make oneself available for any and all duties.
  • Accept delegated tasks readily and complete.
