Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Management Manager Senior to join our team. As a key member of our Product Group, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new and existing products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end business and financial results for multiple product sets, utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics.
  • Develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new products and experiences that meet customer needs.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of emerging product and technology trends.
  • Manage and motivate product development teams to ensure successful outcomes from key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses required.
  • Combination of FINRA Series 66 (or 63/65), 53, or Life & Health Insurance licenses required based on department.
  • 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of prior management experience.
  • University/college degree, with higher education desirable.
