Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Manage resource needs to maximize potential for successful project execution, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders, and developing detailed project plans.
  • Conduct periodic scope and schedule review, to identify needed adjustments and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships, and provide summarized project plan documentation to stakeholders as needed.
  • Engage in continual learning to remain abreast of new technologies, and emerging standards, and execute other role duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or architecture.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a sedentary environment, with occasional lifting or carrying of 25 pounds or less.
