Senior Client Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Partner to join our team at Qualitest. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top-tier technology clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver complete solutions and capabilities to clients
  • Own and manage client engagement, including ownership of the global P&L and client satisfaction
  • Shape and drive initiatives to accelerate revenue growth, improve P&L, and build strategic growth plans for client engagements
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales, Account Management, delivery management, and Centers of Excellence to develop strategic plans to accelerate revenue and margin performance
Requirements:
  • Significant recent experience managing client accounts with a track record of closing large, multi-year deals
  • 18-20 years of work experience in managing clients and P&L
  • Experience working with technology industry giants and building prior relationships
  • Proven expertise in managing and building $75M+ global accounts
  • Background in B2B Enterprise Sales, large deals ($5M+ individual contracts)
