Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Representative to join our team at Agency Insurance Company of Maryland (AIC). This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our agent partners and policyholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service 60-100 incoming calls per day, responding to questions on policies, billing, coverages, and cancellations.
  • Assist agents with quoting policies, ensuring accurate and timely service.
  • Process policy changes, navigating insurance program differences across multiple states.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with agents and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Math skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand insurance program differences between states.
  • Flexibility to work an 8:30-5 or 9:30-6 pm shift.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience is a plus.
