Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
- Drive self-generated sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Meet sales goals and metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Active Florida Health Insurance license.
- Experience with technology, including high-level use of laptop and mobile phone applications, and understanding of CRM tools or other sales/marketing resources.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook.
- This role is part of CenterWell Home Health's Driver Safety program and requires a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
- Must reside in the local territory (Duval County).
- Active Florida Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in TEAMS and PowerPoint.
- Experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism.
- Experience selling Medicare products.
- Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish without limitations or assistance.
- Prior experience in public speaking and presentations.
