Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and budgets for assigned locations.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency.
  • Build strong relationships with referral sources and effectively communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group's services.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive growth and focus on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
