Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented individual to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. This position involves addressing intricate hardware and software challenges while collaborating with various departments to fulfill their technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize diagnostic methods to identify, analyze, and resolve technical support issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Windows operating systems and employ developer tools for effective troubleshooting, including managing connectivity issues such as Wi-Fi and firewall configurations.
  • Engage in hands-on troubleshooting to resolve desktop-level issues, including software installation, system configuration, and application management.
  • Facilitate connections between PCs, routers, card readers, monitors, and cameras within the operational environment.
  • Test and connect new hardware components, control boards, and drivers, while effectively communicating any issues or solutions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Document technical processes and solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Gain proficiency in the admobilize interface, including updates and troubleshooting detection challenges.
  • Communicate technical issues requiring developer intervention through detailed descriptions and visual aids.
  • Learn and utilize backend software for testing purposes.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer systems and mobile technology.
  • Practical experience in diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated.
  • Capability to perform tasks without direct supervision.
