We are currently seeking a Technical Field Specialist to enhance our operations.

The role of a Technical Field Specialist typically involves delivering direct assistance to clients by executing a range of tasks, including new system installations, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining CEMS at industrial sites. Depending on the project, you may collaborate with a team or work independently.

With over five decades of experience, our client serves more than half of the electric utility power plants in the U.S. They are a stable organization, expanding their services to include petroleum refineries, petrochemical facilities, and other sectors. We offer competitive compensation and benefits along with a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and process analytic systems for industrial clients.
  • Diagnosing issues with electronic, pneumatic, pumps, and other components to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Traveling to customer locations with an average of % overnight travel, typically from Monday to Friday.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation, which may occasionally include weekends, after completing training.
  • Providing technical assistance via phone and online platforms.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Associate's degree or military experience in electronics, instrumentation, or equivalent qualifications.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with various testing equipment.
  • Able to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted, standing for long periods, and climbing ladders.
  • Comfortable working at heights of 200 feet or more.
  • Able to work in confined spaces.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
