Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Manager for our Spine Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and a strong understanding of the medical device industry.

Responsibilities:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating insight reports to inform clinicians when patients need guidance to stay on their healing journey. They will also ensure that surgeons are compliant with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the spine market and be able to communicate effectively with surgeons and their staff.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* 3-5 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the device or pharma industry
* Proven track record of meeting sales quotas

What We Offer:

* Competitive base salary of $80,000, with uncapped compensation package
* Full expenses, medical/dental, 401K, and per month car allowance

Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of a Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager-RSM, a Zoom interview with the VP of Sales, a field visit in Tampa, FL, and a face-to-face interview with the Executive Team in Jacksonville, FL.
